Access to MartinBalmer.com through any domain name or Internet identifier is governed by these terms and conditions of use.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Ordering from Partners and Advertisers. Where orders are placed with our partners and advertisers your contract is solely with the third-party with whom you placed your order. MartinBalmer.com cannot accept returns or handle enquiries for orders placed on third-party web sites.
Ordering from MartinBalmer.com. Orders placed via MartinBalmer.com or MartinBalmer on eBay shall be governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders placed via Collectiques.co.uk are now deemed to be placed on MartinBalmer.com.
Printed, posted and faxed orders must be accompanied by a signature, full name and address, and telephone number.
Credit and debit payment cards accepted with valid card number, validity period, security code, and issue number where appropriate. By placing an order and providing bank card or PayPal details you are authorising MartinBalmer.com to debit your account for the order total and confirming that you are authorised to make a purchase with that account. Cheques can only be accepted in UK Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. Please allow upto 7 working days for clearance of cheques and 14 working days for business cheques. Sorry we cannot accept cash through the post or COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
We regret that goods cannot be supplied on a trial basis. Please check specification, suitability and compatibility before ordering. Although our staff can offer advice they cannot confirm compatibility or suitability for a particular purpose. Photographs and pictures are provided for illustration purposes only unless otherwise stated. Many items are considered ‘adult collectors items’ and may not be suitable for children under the age of 14 years unless stated. A restocking charge may apply when returning a quantity of 3 or more of the same item.
Your right to cancel. Items purchased directly from MartinBalmer.com may be returned unused and unopened and undamaged condition within 14 days from the date you received the item for a refund of the original item price back to the payment method you used. Our original postage charge is refunded when you return your entire order. Such returns must be received within 30 days from the date the order was dispatched to you.
Orders received by MartinBalmer.com will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. By placing an order you are agreeing to the prices quoted and delivery terms. MartinBalmer.com cannot be held responsible for additional third-party charges you incur during any of placing, receiving, paying for or using a product or service. Items that have been ordered but are no longer required before dispatch must be explicitly cancelled by you. Release dates for new items are provided as a guide only and can vary considerably even by a number of months on some items. Our staff cannot provide guarantee of availability for items not available from stock.
Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract. Delivery times offered as a guide only. Delivery subject to cleared funds and stock.
All goods remain the property of MartinBalmer.com until paid for in full.
Claims for damage, non-functionality, and mis-shipping must be made within 28 days of receipt and no later than 56 days of dispatch. Receipt is considered delivery to ‘delivery address’ given by customer or collection from carrier.
All returns must be in stock condition, complete, unopened. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of returned item. All returns must be in suitable packing. We are not liable for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. We regret that we cannot accept delivery of items that require us to pay outstanding fees.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders and in no instance shall MartinBalmer.com enter into any special agreement or arrangement or amendment to these terms and conditions with any individual or organisation.
If part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights. E & OE.
