Eurasian Jay bird art print. A print of my watercolour pencil drawing of a Jay woodland bird, available directly from the artist.
With the exception of northern Scotland, Jays are common in woodland across the UK. A colourful member of the crow family but often hiding amongst the woodland flora, making them difficult to see. They can be quite vocal so listen out for them.
Watercolour pencils are special water soluble colouring pencils. With these I can literally paint with pencils, blending the vibrancy of a painting with the intricacy of fine pencil lines. A high resolution scan has been made of the original artwork and I exclusively produce prints and other items.

An artistic matt finish on textured fine art paper gives each print an appropriate pencil drawing look.
